Müstik does not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
- All products, including sale items or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Orders once placed cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you placed an order within seven (7) days of a product’s price drop, you qualify for a price adjustment.
Please email support@mustikessv.com for assistance.
- Once a price adjustment is processed, the order will be considered final sale and remains non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
ORDER ISSUES (DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCT)
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mustikessv.com.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
- Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.
Müstik reserves the right to review and approve such requests.
CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order:
- Please email support@mustikessv.com as soon as possible.
- We will try our best to accommodate your request.
However:
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Such orders will still be considered final sale (no return / no exchange).
