1. Keep It Clean

• Regularly wipe your leather bag with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap (preferably one made for leather). Avoid soaking the leather.
• Let the bag air dry naturally, never use direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers.

2. Condition Regularly

• Leather can dry out over time. Use a leather conditioner to keep it soft and supple. Apply sparingly and evenly with a clean cloth.
• For vegetable-tanned leather, conditioning every 3-6 months will help maintain its texture and prevent cracking.

3. Avoid Water Damage

• Leather is not waterproof. If your bag gets wet, gently blot it with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture and let it air dry.
• Do not place your leather bag on the floor, near windows, or in areas where it may get exposed to water.

4. Store Properly

• When not in use, store your leather bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause fading.
• Keep the bag stuffed with tissue paper or a dust bag to maintain its shape.
• If storing for an extended period, keep it away from plastic covers as they can trap moisture and cause mildew.

• When carrying, use both handles or the strap to evenly distribute the weight.
